We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a book doesn't work out, we're glad to work with you by offering store credit when possible, provided the book meets our resale standards:

What This Means
Store credit is issued as a gift card with no expiration date, giving you plenty of time to find your next great read with us. Because our books aren't individually wrapped, we depend on our customers' care in handling books before purchase and their honesty in returning only unread books.
